If you would like to make a tribute or a memorial for a loved one or just want to donate to our foundation, please know that your donation will HELP us support early detection research that will someday give patients who have been recently diagnosed with this insidious disease the hope they require to fight this disease! To make a donation in honour of a loved one, select one of the three payment options below.

To make a donation or pay tribute to a loved one, please select one of the following three options:

1. A payment made through Pay Pal (secured transaction - VISA, Mastercard, American Express accepted).

Payment or donation to our foundation as  a tribute or memorial for a loved one* (Donor specifies donation or payment amount and can leave a tribute in the Notes Section of Paypal).

2.  Phone our 1-888-pancan9 (1-888-726-2269)  to make a phone transaction by VISA - hours of operation - 7:30am - 6:00pm

3.  Send a cheque along with this donation form (click here) and your written tribute that we will post on our tribute page to:
