Joseph Miceli was a hero in many eyes. He had a kind heart and spirit and would put a smile on one's face with just a hello.
At work he was very dedicated and was always on the go but he still found time in his day to help others who were in tough situations or just to lend a listening ear. He was a dedicated family man; always working 2-3 jobs to support his family and make sure he could try to give them everything possible.
Sadly, back in April of 2012, Joe was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This came as a huge shock to everyone because how could so good a person have to face this devastating disease. Through months of chemo and a strong will to survive this cancer, it looked as if their was a chance he would be able to overcome this disease. He never gave up, and despite the cancer and the weekly chemo sessions, he still put a smile on his face and went to work everyday to support his family.
Sadly, things took a turn for the worst in december, and Joe lost his battle to pancreatic cancer on January 3rd, 2013. He leaves behind a son and wife, but through all his family and friends, his spirit will live on in all of us and will never be forgotten.
May he rest in peace and live on with all the other angels.
