Option 2 - Payment can be made by phone using a VISA or Mastercard Number. Please call 1-888-pancan9 and we would be happy to process your credit card and all the necessary information.
Option 3 - Payment for special events like The Dick Aldridge Charity Golf Classic can be made by completing the on-line or printable version of the registration form and indicate on that form whether you have paid for the event by the following methods: on-line via paypal, by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) by noting your credit card number on the registration form you send in via email, by contacting us and giving us your credit card information by phone @ 1-888-pancan9 or by mailing in a cheque to our foundation along with your registration form.
Option 4 - Payment can be made by mailing in your cheque. Please make all cheques payable to: Dick Aldridge Pancreatic Cancer Foundation or DAPCF and mail with either your Donation form or Registration form for the upcoming special event you wish to attend.
